Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly of El-Ray for General Works Approves Agenda and Financial Statements for FY 2023-2024

In an atmosphere marked by transparency and institutional discipline, the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly of El-Ray for General Works Company convened today to review and approve the results of the fiscal year 2023/2024. The meeting was chaired by Eng. Alaa Khaled, Chairman of the Board of the Holding Company for Irrigation and Drainage and Chairman of the General Assembly.

High-Level Attendance

The session witnessed broad participation from senior officials of the Holding Company for Irrigation and Drainage and executives of the Egyptian Dredging Company, including:

• Eng. Mahmoud Ghaloush – Managing Executive Director of the Holding Company
• Eng. Mohamed Abu El-Soud – Chairman of the Board, Egyptian Dredging Company
• Eng. Adel Tawfik – Managing Executive Director, Egyptian Dredging Company
• Members of the Board of Directors and executive leadership

The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Central Auditing Organization, from both the Accounts Audit and Performance Evaluation departments, as well as representatives of the Public Business Sector Information Center.

Approval of Financial Results

The General Assembly discussed the agenda items and reviewed the financial and administrative reports, resulting in:

• Approval of the financial statements and final accounts of El-Ray for General Works Company for FY 2023/2024
• This approval comes ahead of the company’s full integration into the structure of the Egyptian Dredging Company, paving the way for a new phase of integration and development within the Holding Company for Irrigation and Drainage
